Hair Tips: The Wonderful Uses of Aloe Vera

Every girl wants shiny, smooth, and soft hair. As the saying goes “The hair is the ladies’ crowning glory”.  There are hundreds of shampoo brands that we’ve seen on malls and groceries. They are also some of the most repeated advertisements on television and video streaming sites.

Who wouldn’t notice about the salon promos offering hot oil, hair spa, and hair rebonding along the streets of Lucena City?

Indeed, the hair is one of the most prized assets of women and one of the sources of their confidence, but because of hair styling and coloring, our hair gets damaged. Many of us try different shampoos for hair treatment, but others like me are seeking herbal alternatives.

I would like to share with you the hair treatment that I have been using for weeks now. All you need is an aloe vera plant, a sharp knife, and a container.

Here are the steps to be followed.

Steps:

Find an aloe vera plant – This plant can easily be seen in nurseries, stalls usually found outside malls, or even at your grandmother’s or neighbor’s backyard.

Use a sharp knife to remove the thick, green skin from the aloe vera – Be careful of cutting. As much as possible, cut only the exterior to get more gel.

Extract the gel – The gel inside the aloe vera will serve as your new shampoo. The gel would help damaged hair go back to normal and maintain its shine, smoothness, and softness.

Put the gel on your hair – While putting the gel on your hair, be sure not to add any other chemicals to avoid itching or allergic reactions. The thicker the hair, the more gel you’ll need to apply. Start from the top of your head then spread it all over.

For best results, use it for two weeks – Use the aloe vera gel as your daily shampoo. Once you’ve used it enough, you would see your hair improving and regaining its natural beauty.

I have gotten used to using aloe vera gel as my shampoo, and yes, it really works. I even tried it for treating burns on my face and it has been so good and effective!

It’s easy, right? You can also try it for yourselves. Give it a go and let us know how it went.
